A refresher course of PLC and HOTs was conducted recently. I believe it is an important thing to do as a coach for my coachees. As a coach, we need to fulfill the needs and wants of the coachees, to make them relevant in the world today.

On the other hand, teachers must realize of their ever-changing role through time. At present, teacher role is not merely a person who disseminate knowledge, rather a person who teaches their learners how to use the information retrieved from other sources.


In the slide above, are the characteristics of a teacher who incorporates HOTs into teaching and learning. YES, the qualities are perfect, but we must strive to fulfill every quality through continuous professional development.

So, I think you can see the relevance of these two matters together?

It has a been a while for this blog post to arrive. Actually I'm not sure what to write or to whom I'm writing.  Does it matter if no one is reading? Then I thought, if I constantly thinking about the things beyond my control then I am being ridiculous.

I pray for every teachers out there to

have the courage to reflect on themselves,
to capitalize on their strengths,
to becareful of their threats,
to scout for opportunities,
to step up on their weakness,

for an ease in their daily routine, for a blissful year, for a wonderful closure.
