I found this channel by chance as I was browsing through some differentiated instructions videos. I was overwhelmed with the abundance of video featuring teacher's practices not only for differentiated instruction but also the how to's of Q&A techniques, engaging students' discussions, conducting effective assessment and feedback and tons of classroom thingy that you face every day.
I find the ideas here are applicable and refreshing and I think it can help teachers to manage their class differently.
