Today marks a special step in my professional learning journey — I’ve completed Unit 1 of the Apple Learning Coach program and received my first badge! 🏅🍏

This first unit was truly about understanding who I am as a coach and as a learner. Through deep reflection, I discovered that my coaching philosophy centres on empowering teachers to take ownership of their growth. I believe everyone has the potential to succeed — sometimes they just need someone to ask the right questions and guide them to see their own strengths.

Unit 1 also reminded me how professional learning can be personal, creative, and collaborative:

🎨 Creative — because we explore new tools and ideas to make learning engaging.

🤝 Collaborative — because growth happens when we share, listen, and learn together.

What I love most about this program is how it pushes me to think deeper — not just about technology, but about how coaching can build confidence and belonging among educators.

I’m excited to move on to the next unit, explore more ways to connect with others, and help teachers design meaningful, tech-rich learning experiences.
