Arriving at the end of TnL carries the same weight as you are when starting the lesson. Notice on the effectiveness of a good closure can have in cementing what was learn and what is further expected from the learning. Teacher may use this feedback to evaluate their lesson during the reflection session by observing the good work they have done, the mistakes they would want to avoid in the future and the improvement they want to make.
A TnL must have some form of assessment in order to measure the success of our learning objective. Suggested here are oral and written assessment. To counter check, we are encourage to have both assessment in one TnL. Although for written assessment variation such as take home assignment are allowed nonetheless some issues of reliability must be addressed.
During a course for the new curriculum which I attended a few years back, the mentor asserted the importance of making an assessment qualifying for both validity and reliability criteria. She also adamant that assessment must incorporate i+1 in order for teacher to gauge their student's competency and thus preparing necessary measures for further improvement.

We had a plan. Refer to the last entry on planning a lesson. The next obvious step is to make the lesson a reality. Of course we will try to deliver it in the best way that we can.
I suggest you read this, it may change how you communicate in the classroom. A teacher must be conscious in delivering lesson. Never think of it as habitual as we need to use the cues exhibited by our pupils to adapt our lesson accordingly.
